BUILDING ON DEVELOPMENT CENTER RESULTS TO GROWTH OF 119 % IN THE COMPETENCY ACHIEVEMENT ORIENTATION

The Client Need

A client had requirements of competency development to facilitate effective leadership in the organization.

CLD's Intervention

The clients had conducted a Development Center. CLD Team analysed the Development Center Scores (DC Scores)and designed an intervention program accordingly. The team selected appropriate behaviours that impact the development of the competencies. Feedback was taken from the Direct Reportees and the Supervisors of the participants to get a 360 % approach. Coaching was provided on the basis of the results of the assessments and eventually the growth on competencies was facilitated.
