The Client's Need

The team sought help in improving employee morale. The company had identified gaps in employee satisfaction basis the 360 degree assessments run by CLD.This was also evident in the high absenteeism and attrition %

CLD's Intervention

CLD conducted training and provided guidance to the leadership team regarding supervisory, coaching, and leadership skills. The senior leadership team introduced behavior-based solutions throughout the organization.

Through CLD's support, leaders learned to deploy Leadership Practices which helped in activating and sustaining desired Behaviors in the Employees. Coaching improved the competence and confidence of supervisors as coaches. Positive behavior change in team, when supplemented with positive and proper reinforcement saw a reduction in performance gaps and improved morale for the entire organization. This ultimately witnessed containment in attrition and absenteeism.
