The Client Need

The team sought help in improving employee morale. The company had identified gaps in employee satisfaction basis the 360 degree assessments run by CLD. The team was unhappy with the number of hours they spent at work and the leaders were unhappy with the unscheduled leaves and absenteeism. This was also evident in the high absenteeism%.

CLD's Intervention

  • CLD conducted training and provided guidance to the leaders of the team regarding supervisory, coaching, and leadership skills. The senior leaders were introduced to behaviour-based solutions which they implemented on the team.
  • Through the support of CLD Trainers and Coaches, the leaders learned to deploy Leadership Practices which helped in activating and sustaining desired Behaviours in the Employees. Coaching improved the competence and confidence of supervisors as coaches. Positive behaviour change in team, when supplemented with positive and proper reinforcement saw a reduction in performance gaps and improved morale for the entire organization. This ultimately witnessed containment in attrition and absenteeism.
