Dr. Sanjay Salooja, Ph.D-Founder and Head Coach
Sanjay, a dynamic corporate philosopher, with his innovative and revolutionary approach helps his audiences uncover the strategies, which can bring advancement in both business and personal results. In addition to teaching growth strategies he currently acts as Coach & Consultant, specializing in developing and deploying people-driven performance strategies for both business and non-profit organizations. He has worked with many of the world's largest corporations in India and abroad.

Sanjay has already helped thousands of people from various industries achieve greater levels of success in life. These include Ministers, CEO's, Board of Directors, Vice-Presidents, General Professionals, and Management trainees across different industries in MNCs, Private sector, Public sector and also government bodies.

He has worked with employees of various companies such as World Bank, Amway, Bank Of America, Microsoft, Pepsi, Siemens Information Systems Ltd., American Express Bank, Seagram Manufacturing Ltd., Max India, India Today, Ernst & Young, Hutch, Ranbaxy, Ericsson, Bharti Enterprise...

Sanjay has done his Ph' D in "Building Optimism" in Indians. In his research he has uncovered strategies for making Indians more optimistic.

As a part of his Leadership Excellence drive, Sanjay has hosted a talk show 'Lessons from Top' on Zee Business, featuring India's contemporary entrepreneurs. His guests are the real life leaders and success stories of our age. Through 'Lessons from Top' Sanjay finds out about the strengths, values, strategies and perspectives behind each real story to provide the young and inspiring entrepreneurs of India. The show has featured Raman Roy, Naveen Jindal, Samir Modi, Rahum Munjal, Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Vandana Luthra among many others.

Sanjay was the first to start Work-Life Balance Initiative in India. He is a highly sought after speaker and writer. He speaks at various national and international forums including CII, AIIMA, DMA and National HRD Network. He has also written a regular weekly feature for "The Today" on career mantra. He currently has a regular column on work life balance in the "Prevention Magazine."

He is a Certified Leadership Coach and works closely with CEO's and Senior Management of large companies to Improve Business Performance. Sanjay has published a book called "Dark and the Unknown" which was released by Kabir Bedi and Pooja Bedi. This book was featured nearly by all publications and the first print was sold out in less than three months.

Sanjay and his work has been featured by CNN, CNBC, ZEE, Sahara Samay, DD etc. His thoughts on various corporate issues have been carried out in Times of India, Hindustan Times, Financial Express, Economic Times, Business World, The Weekly, Society, India Today among many other.

As a part of his social responsibility he works closely with school children, teachers and parents. He has started a drive to build optimism and resilience in children. His organization, CLD, is dedicated to creating concepts and measurement tools, to improve Individual and Business performance. His team of consultants and researchers have been developing and deploying research-based strategies for enhancing individual, team, leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Deepak Raheja
Deepak is a consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in the US, Europe & India.An elected member of the Indian Psychiatric Society & Mentor to Executive Counsellors of Delhi Psychiatric Society, he is a visiting lecturer at Delhi University & Amity School of Behavioural Sciences & is the founder of hope foundation.

Deepak brings in his experience of behaviour to help our clients to achieve their results in one to one coaching interaction. He has also developed methodologies which have benefited CLD’s clients.

Prabhakar N Thakur
Prabhakar is a training and development professional, dedicated to improving an individual’s personal performance in his/her personal or professional environment.Being a student of mind-body training disciplines, his key strength lie in bringing about an attitudinal shifts through focused intervention and training; and in the bargain help the individual progressively achieve the desired objectives.

Prabhakar is well-versed in the following disciplines - Yog, Yog-Nidra, Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Creative Visualization, Dianetics, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Silva Mind Training, and Reiki.

He has also received extensive training in physical disciplines like Judo, Tae-kwon-do, Gymnastics, Tai-Chi and Mountaineering.

As a professional, he has extensive hands-on experience in visioning, designing, developing and implementing programs.

Based on these experiences and beliefs, Prabhakar’s workshops and training programs take on an experiential learning approach. The participants going through the process are able to effectively translate the experiences gained in the workshop/training and use them in their personal environment in order to maintain or enhance their productivity.

1. Stress Management
The stress management program is designed to help an individual learn to manage his personal stress and develop his/her overall performance and productivity. This program is conducted at three levels as per the requirements of the participants.

2. Team Building & Leadership
As an individual goes through the process of team formation, the awareness and experiences gained help him understand other individuals better. This leads to an improved intra and inter personal communication within the organization, further leading to enhanced personal and professional performances.

Inder Madhan
Inder is an accomplished training professional and has helped several organisations achieve excellence in the human domain through his proactive training solutions and interventions. He is a technical engineer and a management graduate. He has over 25 years’ experience in India and overseas, in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations, General Management, HR, Training and Consulting. He has handling brands such as Schorling, Honda, Volvo and Chrysler in India and the Middle East. Inder has worked in Africa and the Middle East, handling Real Estate Development, Beverages Processing, FMCG, Power Products and Automotive Components trading. He operates with highest standards in training and consulting services to corporate, government and non-governmental organisations, educational institutions and individuals, using the best thinking and learning tools available, to encourage excellence and freedom of thought. He has worked in India. Trained several hundred participants in Sales Strategies, Channel Management, Negotiation Skills, Service Excellence and Soft Skills from various industries including Retail, FMCG, Automotive, IT and Insurance / Financial Products.

Dr. Kamal Khurana
Kamal is a multi skilled professional and an expert in his arena of training and counselling. His credentials include:
  • Two Year Full Time– PGDM ( MBA ) from AMITY Business School, Noida
  • Two Year Full Time– MS in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Institute for Psychotherapy and Management Sciences
  • Masters in Psychology from University of Madras, Chennai

  • MPhil in Psychology from The Global Open University Nagaland
  • Certificate in Guidance from Indira Gandhi Open National University Delhi
  • Ph D in Effectiveness of Pre-Marital Counselling on Anxiety and Personality Factors from Open International University, Colombo
  • Presently pursuing One year Diploma in Training from ISTD.
He was awarded the Diplomate Certificate from Academy for Psychotherapists, Psychopathalogists & Psychometricians which is Charter Member of University of Beverly Hill, LA, ( USA )

  • Conducted Counseling camp in Dev Samaj School, Delhi for under privileged students

Anand B Noatay
Anand is the Principle Consultant of hrcraft business consulting. An alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur he spent 14 years in the HR function working with some of India’s leading corporates such as Tata Group, Thapar Group and East India Hotels. He has also worked in the Middle East for a manufacturing organization.

His last corporate assignment was with Tata Teleservices where as GM HR he headed the HR function for Delhi circle and subsequently as a part of the Corporate Projects team he supported staffing and deployment of HR processes for 11 new circles launched by Tata Teleservices across the country in 2003-04.

In October 2004 Anand established hrcraft which today supports leading organizations across diverse industries on deploying mission critical People initiatives such as
