Our training workshop's foundation is the applied behavioural sciences. Our focus is basically on the critical behaviours that drive results. Our Training & Coaching Methodology are tested and researched to ensure that the employees across the industries and at various levels identify and demonstrate behaviours which brings success along with achievement of their goals.

Conceptualised by Dr Sanjay Salooja, Ph D, CLD was founded in the year 2000 to help organisations use Applied Behavioural Science based approach in improving work environments and handling organisational challenges. Our leadership coaching and individual skills development training has helped clients excel in leadership development and employee competence development enabling improved business management, efficient human resources and satisfied customers.

We focus on a "Result Alignment" based process to determine the training needs and design & deploy the workshops accordingly.
